Terms and Conditions — 99av Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

1Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use 99av, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 99av is strictly an adult platform and minors are not permitted to register, deposit or play under any circumstances.
• You must be the genuine and sole owner of the account you register. Creating an account on behalf of another person — whether family, friend or anyone else — is not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number and any other information requested during the registration or verification process.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You must not already have an existing 99av account. Each person is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.

2Account Rules and Security

Your 99av account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Do not share your username or password with any other person under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for all bets placed, deposits made and transactions processed through your account — regardless of whether you personally authorised each one.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact 99av support immediately via the live chat feature. You are liable for any activity occurring before we are formally notified of a security issue.
• Accounts must not be sold, transferred or assigned to another person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate suspension.
• 99av may request identity verification, proof of payment method ownership or source of funds documentation at any time as part of standard account management procedures. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

99av reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is found to be in breach of these terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse of the platform, its promotions or its payment systems.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 99av are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on 99av:

• You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds belongs to a different person — are not permitted and will result in the transaction being reversed and potentially the account being suspended.

• 99av does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees or transaction limits independently.

4Bonuses and Promotions

99av offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the Promotions page at the time the offer is claimed. The following general rules apply to all 99av bonus offers:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and balances.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must bet a specified multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus (and any winnings derived from it) can be converted into withdrawable funds . The specific wagering requirement for each offer is stated on the Promotions page.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting bets typically contribute at a different rate than casino slots or table games. Contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• 99av reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled while you are actively working through its wagering requirements, your progress up to that point will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Bonuses are awarded at 99av's discretion. If 99av reasonably suspects that a player is exploiting bonus offers — including through coordinated play, hedging bets or any other strategy designed to guarantee profit from promotional funds — the bonus may be voided and the account reviewed.

5Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on 99av, including Cricket, PSL, Football, Esports and all other available markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, reversed or amended after it has been accepted by the system — even if you placed it by mistake.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your bet. In-play odds change in real time; the odds locked in at the moment you confirm your bet are what will be used to settle it.
• 99av reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the odds were clearly published in error, where there is evidence of match-fixing or corruption in the event being wagered on, or where a technical error affected the bet acceptance process.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the relevant market can be settled, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each market type are available in the Bet section of the platform.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a slight processing delay. 99av reserves the right to void live bets placed after the outcome of a market has already been determined — for example, a wicket that occurred in the brief window between the action and the bet being placed.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all markets. These limits exist to manage risk and may vary by sport, event type and market. Limits are displayed in the betting interface and may be adjusted at 99av's discretion.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your 99av balance promptly after the relevant market is settled, typically within a short period after the event concludes.

6Casino, Bingo and Fish Games

The following rules apply to all casino, Bingo and Fish Games activity on 99av:

• All casino games — including live dealer Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and slot titles — use certified random number generation (RNG) or real-time live dealer streams. Results are determined by the game engine and cannot be influenced by 99av or by the player outside of the normal gameplay mechanics.
• Bingo games are governed by the rules displayed within each Bingo room. Prize pools and game formats vary between rooms and are clearly stated before you join a game.
• Fish Games results are determined by the game's own RNG system. Progressive jackpot amounts are displayed in real time within the game and are awarded according to the specific game's mechanics.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts for all casino games are displayed within the game interface. Attempting to place bets outside the stated limits will be declined by the system.
• If a casino game or Fish Game experiences a technical disconnection mid-round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. 99av will endeavour to resolve any such situations fairly and promptly.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any third-party software to play casino games, Bingo or Fish Games is strictly prohibited. Accounts found using such tools will be immediately suspended.

7Responsible Gaming

• Coordinated or syndicated bonus abuse — including using multiple accounts, collusion or any systematic approach designed to guarantee profit from promotional offers
• Using automated bots, scripts or third-party software to place bets or play games
• Attempting to manipulate live sports events, engaging with match-fixing, or placing bets based on insider information
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes
• Any attempt to hack, interfere with or disrupt the 99av platform, its servers or its software systems

9Intellectual Property

All content on the 99av platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the property of 99av or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any part of the 99av platform without prior written permission.
• The 99av name and logo are brand identifiers. Using them in any context outside of normal platform use — including on third-party websites, social media or promotional materials — without permission is not permitted.
• Game content provided by third-party game developers on the 99av platform remains the intellectual property of those developers and is licensed to 99av for use on the platform.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible, 99av's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• 99av is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the platform beyond the amount of funds held in your account at the time the issue occurred.
• 99av is not liable for any indirect, consequential or speculative losses — including loss of profits, loss of opportunity or any other financial loss beyond direct account balances.
• 99av is not responsible for network connectivity issues, device failures, internet outages or other technical problems outside our control that affect your ability to access the platform or complete a transaction.
• While 99av takes reasonable steps to ensure platform security, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from errors or uninterrupted at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occasionally affect availability.
• 99av provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make warranties of any kind regarding the platform beyond what is expressly stated in these terms.

11Changes to These Terms

99av reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will take reasonable steps to notify registered players — for example by displaying a notice when you next log in to your account.

Continued use of the 99av platform after updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with changes made to the terms, you should stop using the platform and withdraw any remaining balance from your account.
